Yes. Our team migrates patient records, masters and opening balances from your current software or spreadsheets as part of onboarding, and verifies the data with you before go-live.
How long does it take to go live, and how is staff trained?
We go live one department at a time, usually starting with registration, OPD and billing. Each department is trained on-site or online before it switches over.
Does Qode27 integrate with ABDM?
Not yet. ABHA and ABDM integration is on our roadmap. If it is a requirement for you, tell us your timeline during the demo and we will be clear about what is available when.
What happens if our internet goes down?
Qode27 runs in the browser, so it needs a connection to its server. It can also be installed on a server inside your hospital, so work continues over your local network when the internet is down.
What are your support hours?
Support hours, response times and escalation are written into your support plan before go-live. You reach the team that built the system by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
Terms are agreed per hospital and written into your proposal, including notice period and data export. Your data always belongs to you.
