What we collect

This website does not store the demo-request form. When you submit it, your browser opens WhatsApp with the details you typed (name, hospital, city, bed count, phone and email); they reach us only if you send that message. If you email or call us, we receive the details you choose to share.

How we use it

Only to respond to you, arrange a demonstration and discuss our software. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry details while we are in discussion with you and delete them on request. To access, correct or delete your details, email qode27business@gmail.com.

Patient data in the product

Hospitals using Qode27 control their own patient data. Hosting, backups, access and data-processing terms are agreed in writing with each hospital before go-live.
